          👉 One cup khoya(milk powder).                            👉3/4 grated paneer Or cottage cheese.

          ðŸ‘‰ 4 green cardamom  (choti  ilaechi                        👉 one tablespoon or ads required.....             ðŸ‘‰ 1/4  tables  spoons  baking  soda..     
👉 Oil for fry gulab jamun.

      Prepare sugar syrup :.                                                       take required quantity of sugar and water in a deep pan .stir and  bring to boil on high flame for sugar to dissolve now add milk and cardamom seeds to the sugar water then add saffron and cardamom powder bring the mixture to rolling boil for about 5 to 6 minutes until it's become little speaking

🛑 Prepare gulab jamun balls.    

Take the grated khoya  in a medium size Deep baul
