Step 1
  • To prepare this interesting appetizer recipe
  • Wash mutton mutton under running water
  • Now take a mincer and mince the mutton careful take a chopping board and chop onion green chilli and coriander leaves keep them in separate bowl
  • Meanwhile and preheat oven at 230 degree Celsius  
  • Step/2
  • Simultaneously take a grinder and add mutton onion green chilli and coriander leaves
  • Grinder them to get a paste of thik consistency
  • Transfer it to a bowl and at at salt and red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste
  • Mix them well

  • Divide  this mixture into 10 equally portion
  • SHapes the mixture into kabab and put them into The skewers
  • Step/4
  • Place the skewers into the oven cook until reddish Brown colour
  • While the kabab are in the oven best one teaspoon butter into each side of the kabab
  • Sarve hot!!
